Click & Collect Redditch Poppers

If you place an order via our website www.Room-Aromas.co.uk, complete payment online and select the click & collect to collect your order from our Redditch Unit then the following instructions should be followed. 

Unit 44A Padgets Lane, Redditch, B98 0RD. 

Because this is an industrial estate most sat navs will only take you to the main road. There is several roads and areas off Padgets Lane so look at the map location to see where about on Padgets Lane you need to be heading to. 

We have a visitor parking area, If this area is full you're welcome to park on the road areas where possible. Please be mindful this is a very busy industrial estate and there will be lots of vehicles including lots of HGV's. 

You will see the Lidl supermarket opposite the entrance to Padgets Lane. As you enter Padgets  Lane you will notice the first the first large building on the left is Komatsu. Continue past Komatsu and the road bends round to the left. 

You will come to the following road junction  where you can turn left to find our visitor parking or continue then pull up on the left side if that road is clear. 

This is the collection point. There are 2 safe lockers located on the wall to the left of the door. 

You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. In the email you will be given the details of the safe along with a code to access the safe. 

Enter the code you have been given into the correct safe and turn the handle to unlock the safe.

Once you have collected your order please close and turn the lock back to lock the safe. You do not need to enter the code again to lock the safe.
